My recent service with Mini of WESTCHESTER was excellent. They really have a very good model of customer service. I appreciate the high level of courtesy and efficiency, it makes a customer such as myself feel really taken care of. I definitely recommend the service of Fran Ortiz, Marie (and others at reception, I apologise, I do not recall everyone’s names) and Maria who helped coordinate my billing. In addition, the recommendation to the body shop in Hastings on Hudson was excellent, and they treated me in turn with the same level of care.

My recent experience with Ray Catena MINI service was terrible. Having just moved to Westchester, my 2019 MINI needed routine maintenance so I made an appointment for an oil change, also asking to have my new NY plates installed. After a nearly four hour wait I was shocked to find the mis-assembly of my front license plate holder and the loss of two of its specialty screws. When I inquired about it the staff was rude and unapologetic. The experience leaves me wondering what other simple service tasks they don't get right.
Everyone at the dealership is a pleasure to deal with, from the folks who direct your call, to the staff who accept the car for service, to Ray, the serviceman assigned to me who kept me advised of all issues throughout.

The Service Technician Raymond Tavares, goes out of his way to help you as a mini owner take the best care of your car. I do however feel that the team that greets you and manages other aspects of your visit treats you like you should be grateful they take time to help you.

Not a good experience The service department acts as if they are doing you a favor At my last service appointment I told the service manager that my automatic key was not working He said the batteries needed to be replace but refused to do it As a result I've had to struggle opening / locking the doors and the trunk. It's a struggle What kind of service department does this?

After one year of country driving, the Service Manager said it was imperative that my tires and brakes be replaced at considerable cost. They said all my city driving caused the brakes and tires to go, but I live in a rural area and drive on country roads. They claimed it was unsafe for me to drive the car as it was. I cannot compliment Mark of the Service Department at Westchester Mini enough. He went above and beyond on more than one occasion helping me when my Mini was brought in after being flooded during the recent rains. He was professional and took time out of his busy day to go back and forth to the repair area to get the possessions that I forgot to take from the car.
