    "I ordered a '12 JCW MINI from MINI of Westchester, only to be called that, somehow, BMW had granted a certain number of allocations for JCW sales, most of them to the west coast. Mansgement and my sales person, Patrick foreman, (whom I woud rate a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10)worked tirelessly,even reaching out to dealerships across the country. I had almost given up hope, as no allocations seemed to be available,when I received an email from Patrick that made extatic; namely that my JCW MINI had been assigned a production number, would be built in November '11 with an estimated arrival in late December.     "My salesperson was Robert Finkelstein...he is an excellent salesperson. I haven't owned a car in 11 years, and I was quite frankly not looking forward to dealing with salespeople at dealerships (I've had some bad experiences in the past with very aggressive salespeople). Robert proved me wrong because he was very friendly, honest, accommodating, and a pleasure overall to work with. He was patient with me when I wanted to look at every available model at the dealership and was very thorough and clear when explaining financing, which I have always found to be the most uncomfortable part of the sales process.     "You guys did a seriously great job repairing my pothole damage. My only minor complaint is that when I bought my Countryman over the summer I noticed the drivers side view mirror only moved in 3 of 4 directions. I requested that you repair that while the car was in for the other service. The technician noted, "No problem found." Had he/she checked, the technician would have discovered that the mirror doesn't tilt up. At the very least I'd have appreciated a phone call asking for furether details.
